I love your reason why you want to be a green parent. Just found out about a neat website about helping our children get unplugged and giving them a GREEN HOUR every day, unstructured time in green spaces to explore, imagine, and discover. Check out greenhour.org
Jenn: I have rediscovered your site. I loved your posts on Disney. As a mother of 2 girls, I am constantly striving to raise eco-friendly children. I am still learning and love to take in all your wisdom. Thanks for all your hard work! I am looking forward to meeting some other mothers who are working towards the same goals.
You are so sweet!! We our SO excited and now just want the baby to get here already, hehe:) Yes, you can share the good news, so go ahead. And I am sure I will have some green parenting questions along the way. My biggest thing right now is trying to figure out if we should buy a co sleeper or bassinet or pack n play. So many options!
So I know this is well overdue, but I just signed on here after some time away and see that your last comment to me was wishing me good luck as my husband and I try for our first little one.....well....we have some good news:) I am 3.5 months pregnant and loving every minute of it. I know I still have a ways to go, but so far everything has been amazing and most days I do not even feel like I am pregnant, so I feel very blessed to say the least. I just wanted to share the great news with you.
Sure I love to share. The pedal co-op unfortunately is not my genius idea but something that I found here in my city and am excited to use. I am part of a great green community here and am excited to open my ecosafe educational play center and wellness program. www.earthbabycenter.com
